Triple Meat Treat is a shapeless recipe made from any three different meat nuggets (fish, pork, beef, and chicken all qualify) and sugar. The meat nuggets are provided as a side-effect of cooking meat in the Infernal Furnace.
Besides providing a surprising amount of food value, eating it grants a few seconds of Regeneration status. Triple Meat Treat is also one of few sources of Sano.
This is one of the few "secrets" of Thaumcraft: The recipe does not appear in the Thaumonomicon. In earlier versions, a bowl was also needed. Azanor removed the bowl when someone pointed out that the player was apparently eating the bowl.
